One of the focus areas for Lions is Environmental causes. The earth sustains human life. Our stewardship of natural resources can improve quality of life and increase engagement in our local communities. Our environment is more than a background: it’s our home.
We are truly blessed to live in beautiful Hawaii. Care and attention is needed to keep our environment clean, safe and sustainable for all the living things that share our island home.
The Hawaii Kai Lions and Leos organize and participate in a variety of activities to beautify, maintain and restore our environment.
