September 20th – mini voice amplifiers to Koko Head Elementary School

Published by Webmaster on

Can you hear me now? That has been the challenge for the Koko Head Elementary School teachers and students because of masks.  Voices are muffled and vocal chords have been strained.  To help alleviate the problem, the Hawaii Kai Lions donated ten portable mini voice amplifiers with a microphone headset.  Teachers will be able to speak at normal volumes even with masks on, and their voices will be amplified through a speaker that can be worn on a waistband.  This should improve the learning environment for teachers and students.
